PRODUCT OVERVIEW

 Bill Hirsch Miracle Paint is a moisture-cured urethane designed to stop rust permanently by starving it of oxygen. Unlike standard paints, it is engineered to be applied directly over rusted areas, creating a rock-hard seal that encapsulates the rust forever.

Technology: It is a moisture-cured urethane that actually grows stronger and harder when exposed to moisture and dampness after application.

Durability: Once dry, the finish is flexible yet resists cracking and scratching. It is unaffected by gasoline, oil, anti-freeze, lacquer thinner, road salt, or battery acid.Versatility: Suitable for automobiles, trailers, industrial equipment, boats, farm tools, and metal structures like fences or railings.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Rusted Surfaces: Scrape away loose or scaling rust, but leave the surface slightly rough to ensure better adhesion.New or Smooth Metal: Clean first with lacquer thinner to remove protective coatings, then use an etch or metal prep solution.General Requirement: The surface to be painted must be absolutely dry and free of dirt, dust, oil, or grease.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Environmental Limits: Do not use Miracle Paint at temperatures lower than 60 Deg F 

Brushing: Use inexpensive brushes that can be discarded after use. Apply a light first coat, wait 1 hour until tacky, and then apply subsequent coats until the rust is fully encapsulated.

Spraying: Use the paint directly from the can. Apply very light "tack" coats and wait 1 hour between them to avoid runs.Thinning: Thin only if absolutely necessary using specialized Miracle Thinner.

Shelf Life: Use the product within 90 days of purchase. Unopened cans have a shelf life of approximately 6 months if stored in a cool, dry area.Personal Protection: Always wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area. If the paint dries on your skin, it can take several days to a week to remove.Outdoor Use: Miracle Paint must be topcoated if used outdoors. Apply the topcoat while the Miracle Paint is still slightly tacky for the best bond.
